Jennifer Kovalcik is a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Service Group at Stites & Harbison, PLLC. Her practice concentrates on designing and implementing intellectual property protection plans, enforcing intellectual property assets and software licensing. She also prosecutes trademark and copyright registration applications, litigates trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, handles domain name and internet content disputes, as well as negotiates and drafts licenses and other contracts that implicate intellectual property or technology rights.
Kovalcik currently serves as Chair of the AIPLA Trademark Litigation Committee, is incoming Vice Chair of the Nashville Bar Association's Intellectual Property Committee and was previously Chair of the Louisville Bar Association Intellectual Property Section.

From 65N - Take Charlotte/Church St. exit, Right on Church St., Left on 3rd Ave., Left down Premier Parking alley (before Union St.) Garage entrance is on the left, just past Printer's Alley.
